Question: I just received my date of comparution for a ticket I got last Febuary. I plead non-guilty to a hit-and-run offence. There was a snow storm and while driving my truck, I accidentally hit a parked car. I didn't feel any impact, but policemen said witnesses saw me. Do I have any chances to win the case ?
