I’m a truck driver or fleet owner. Can you help me?
Yes. We represent truckers, heavy vehicle owners and operators (PEVL) and heavy vehicle drivers (CVL) anywhere in Quebec, in particular for:
- Load and dimension standards (overweight, unsecured load, prohibited traffic)
- Mandatory mechanical inspections
- The daily log (hours of driving and rest)
- Common offences: stop sign, red light, double line, speeding
- Hearings before the Commission des transports du Québec (CTQ)
For a trucker, a ticket can also count on the company’s record and affect its safety rating. Our Option 3 – Commercial vehicle (CVL – PEVL – CVOR) is designed for you and your company, regardless of the number of points on the ticket.
