My vehicle has been seized. What can I do?
Depending on the circumstances, a vehicle may be seized for 7, 30 or 90 days, for example when the driver’s licence is suspended or invalid, or in cases of impaired driving, excessive speeding or street racing.
In some cases, it is possible to recover the vehicle before the end of the seizure by filing a motion for release of seizure (requête en mainlevée de saisie) before a judge. Our lawyers will assess whether your situation qualifies and prepare the application for you.
IMPORTANT: towing and storage fees accumulate every day. Contact us quickly.
